This is the role that operates the learning system for our customers. You've built and run sales or revenue enablement programs at growing companies. You're equal parts strategist and hands-on operator. You know how to extract knowledge from messy company material and turn it into training that actually changes behavior.
You've built and shipped AI features at scale. You think about prompts, evals, agent loops, and cost-quality tradeoffs as one design problem. Comfort with multi-model orchestration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), vector search, and production reliability for AI workloads.
Strong on TypeScript, React (or Vue / Svelte — we care about fundamentals more than framework), and CSS that doesn't make you wince. You'll own learner-facing experience: tutoring UI, demo training, the answer surface. Taste required.
2+ years Java + Spring Boot, REST APIs, PostgreSQL. Hands-on with cloud (Azure preferred), Docker, CI/CD. You'll work directly with the founders on backend services for the learning platform — auth, content processing, AI orchestration, analytics.
You've sold enterprise SaaS to revenue leaders with deal sizes in the high five and six figures. You can run discovery without a script and a multi-stakeholder enterprise close without a playbook. You're excited to sell outcomes — and a managed-service model, not just software.
You design for both ends — the leader rolling out training across teams, and the learner running their first AI tutoring session. Equal comfort in dashboards and storytelling. You care about the spaces between the components as much as the components themselves.
